12-year-old whisky cask finish
This 13-year-old AOC Pays d'Auge calvados was finished for about six months in Breton whisky barrels from the renowned Armorik distillery.
The result is a very smooth, balanced calvados, with a touch of vanilla and a hint of salinity on the finish.

14-year-old jurançon cask finish
This 14-year-old Calvados has aged its first 12 years in our traditional and old French oak casks, then 2 years in former sweet Jurançon barrels (second pass) from the prestigious Cauhapé domain.
The result is a very sweet and subtle Calvados, with an attack revealing aromas of honey, and a great freshness at the end of taste.

This 15-year-old Calvados has aged its first 10 years in our traditional and old French oak casks, then 5 years in
former Sherry casks (Sherry Oloroso, second pass).
The result is a very powerful Calvados, presenting aromas of dried fruits, nuts, almonds, and a nice balance with oak tannins.

This 13 year-old Calvados has aged its first 12 years in our traditional and old French oak casks before spending over 12 months in former Banyuls barrels from the beautiful Coume del Mas domain.
The result is a very round Calvados, its notes of dried fruits giving it an air of pommeau.
