"There are days when you stroll through the cellars - those of Roger Groult are amongst the finest in France - you taste a few barrels and you come across a nugget. This barrel n°173 tells the story of a sunny cider, bursting with fruits and spices, against a backdrop of beautiful herbaceous and bitter notes very structuring : apple, banana, caimite, soursop and apricot, with touches of vanilla, nutmeg, cloves, tarragon and tonka bean, on a background of nougat. Lovers of fruit eau-de-vie and rum will be delighted !"
